What we are building

The Revenue Operations team at Domino is looking to greater support the goals of our customer experience team (CS, PS, support, and related). The goal is to enhance the ability of this team to support our customers, grow our customer base, and better connect our GTM motion across the entirety of the customer lifecycle.

What your impact will be

In your first year, your impact will be:

  • In your first year, your impact will be a primary partner for the newly refreshed customer experience organization. You’ll build systems and processes to support the renewal, upsell, and professional services sales motions
  • You’ll work closely with the business system team to support the migration of the CX team to salesforce
  • You’ll work hand in hand with CX and Sales to ensure strong relationships and smooth transitions through the entirety of the customer lifecycle
  • You’ll build and own the key forecasting and analytics surrounding our lofty Net Retention goals

What we look for in this role

  • This is a very hands on role, especially within Salesforce and Clari. Experience with Salesforce Einstein suite is a plus
  • The right candidate will have the ability to work both with individual contributors as well as our GTM managers and execs
  • Further, the ideal candidate will have experience and vision to be able to take very basic (immature) processes and build into much more robust and scalable processes over time. We aren’t bit today, and rely on our agility, but we look to build things that will grow and last with our company
  • This role needs to be someone that can bring teams together. This will be a direct regular partner with the CX leadership team, but needs also to be able to create and strengthen bridges to all areas of the organization

Based on pay transparency guidelines, a reasonable expectation for the salary range is listed below. Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our benefits can be found here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, cost of labor, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
