What we are building

The Sales Development team at Domino is a small but experienced team of enterprise sales development reps charged with pipeline generation within the largest data science / AI teams in the world. You will be responsible for driving revenue and customer acquisition for Domino by enabling & coaching our brand-new team of SDRs to deliver qualified opportunities and become the next generation of sales leadership.

The candidate will assist in hiring, training, onboarding, and coaching to improve the quality of the pipeline driven by the SDR organization.

What your impact will be

  • Establish process, influence tooling and inspire our brand-new SDR team to drive Domino’s sales pipeline by getting into the Data Science Executives and Leaders within Global 2000 companies
  • Create a culture of accountability, driving a high bar for performance to ensure the team exceeds its ambitious quota
  • Master the data and leverage data-driven coaching to identify the biggest opportunities for coaching, enablement, and improvement
  • Build a culture of continuous training and enablement, focused on driving mastery of sales

What we look for in this role

  • 5+ years’ experience managing a team of outbound Enterprise sales development reps, prospecting into Global 2000 companies
  • Expert knowledge on prospecting best practices and proven experience building and implementing sales methodologies in a greenfield SDR setting
  • Those who value qualitative, tangible approaches to pipeline generation over low-quality, high volume outcomes
  • Proven coaching ability with a track record of promoting high-performers
  • Ability to take a new, albeit high-performing team, to reach new heights and generate significant outbound sales pipeline into F100 prospect companies
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies

The annual US base salary range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
