About the position

We’re looking for a part-time bookkeeper / finance specialist, based in Amsterdam, to work 2 days per week and help us stay on top of our accounting, invoicing, and Dutch tax obligations.

You'll be the go-to person for all things finance and admin, working closely with the founders and external advisors to keep FERO running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll do

• Maintain and update our books
• Manage invoicing, expenses, and monthly reconciliations
• Handle VAT filings and tax submissions in the Netherlands
• Liaise with external tax advisors and support payroll coordination
• Provide basic financial reporting to the founders
• Ensure compliance with Dutch accounting standards

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years experience in bookkeeping or finance administration
• Strong knowledge of Dutch tax system (VAT, income tax, filings, etc.)
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
• Hands-on, structured, detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and proactively
• Based in or near Amsterdam (hybrid model)
