Figma International Marketing leads all elements of the marketing mix in local languages, and we are looking for an expert and proactive Marketing Operations Manager to help us scale. They will lead email deployments and database growth across JAPAC and support the team by driving, optimising and reporting on multilingual CRM campaigns. This role will also support marketing operations workflows within our sales-assisted business, serving as the regional liaison to HQ for implementing, enabling, and adapting standardized processes as needed within JAPAC.
This is a full time position based at our Singapore hub.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Develop and execute multilingual email campaigns and database strategy for JAPAC using CustomerIO
- Build audience queries and analyze CRM and email engagement data to provide strategic targeting, and segmentation recommendations
- Lead regional Salesforce campaign setup, processing, scoring and performance tracking
- Enable adoption of global MarTech processes, while tailoring to JAPAC needs
- Partner with SalesOps to troubleshoot and optimize lead routing and funnel efficiency
- Support marketing event operations and ensure accurate post-event tracking and reporting
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 7+ years in marketing operations or CRM management, with strong B2B SaaS experience
- Proven expertise in JAPAC marketing, especially Japan and/or Korea
- Proficiency with key MarTech tools (e.g. Customer.IO, Parcel, LitmusApp, Figma, Madkudu, Zapier, Clay, SFDC)
- Expert working knowledge of HTML and CC for email
- Strong data analysis skills, including segmentation and ROI measurement across marketing programs
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with distributed regional teams
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Understanding of design, UX, or marketing to technical/design audiences
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Hex) and Marketing Data Warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Google Big Query)
- Experience with copywriting and localizing CRM campaigns across multiple languages
- Experience in CRO conversion rate optimization
- Experience managing external marketing agencies or freelancers
