What You’ll Do:

• Manage our accounting daily activities and finance operations and develop plans for driving efficiency and automation
• Own the financial close process and all associated activity to deliver accurate and timely results reporting to management, shareholders, regulators, and the Board of Directors.
• Develop the team’s capabilities across the range of sub-functions: general ledger, tax,, payroll, accounts payable, financial reporting, audit, and others
• Ensure consistent implementation of corporate accounting principles and procedures in full compliance with US GAAP.
• Accountable for our annual audit (big 4), as well as creation of tax strategy and compliance
• Develop, implement, and maintain the internal systems and financial controls consistent with their policies and regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance with all tax and corporate requirements and filings.
• Understand and document reporting needs, collaborate on operational issues, develop creative solutions, and provide business guidance and insight through financial reporting.
• Lead process improvement and automation across all areas of accounting and finance.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
• 10+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Experience in scaling companies, including projects such as ERP implementation, tax strategy, cap table management, etc
• Desire for a fast-paced, hands on, entrepreneurial environment
• Exceptional project management and communication skills

The national pay range for this role is $200,000-$240,000 in base salary. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
