We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our team.

As a Sr. FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in modeling the company’s operating model and analyzing data that informs key financial and growth metrics to drive business performance.

You will work with key stakeholders in the product and R&D organizations to build and maintain budget and forecast, with analytical tools for decision making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive Product and R&D FP&A processes, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting, through data analysis and presentation of key findings
• Partner with department leaders on regular analyses, encompassing headcount, Opex, and business metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, conducting quantitative analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and risks, and present concise monthly variance reports (actuals/budget/prior period).
• Collaborate with R&D FinOps in analyzing hosting spend and trends and enable visibility to managers in all levels.
• Ensure accuracy of the underlying information and troubleshoot/problem-solve data issues
• Provide support to corporate FP&A effort and initiatives, ensuring alignment with guidelines and proactively addressing queries.
• Partner with the Accounting Team to support the month-end close process
• Drive/Implement continuous improvements in the reporting processes enabling focus on value creation activities.
• Approve purchase orders, support procurement, and engage in effective collaboration with business partners to ensure sound decision-making.
• Streamline processes and lead reporting automation efforts.
• Support financial projects through scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis
• Review business case and assist with appropriate economic analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 to 7 years of FP&A experience
• Current or recent experience in a SAAS Company
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another relevant field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with proven financial modeling skills
• Experience with NetSuite, BI Tools Applications and/or SQL skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior business leaders
• Strong quantitative analysis and problem solving skills
• Self-driven and detail-oriented
