As a Senior Product Manager at Gong, you will drive the evolution of one of our flagship product lines (Engage), creating transformative products that provide actionable insights and unparalleled visibility into customer interactions.

You will be responsible for:

• Product Development: Spearhead the development and enhancement of mission-critical products that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Detail-Oriented Approach: Maintain meticulous attention to detail while adopting a customer-centric approach to product development.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Employ data modeling techniques to inform and enhance product strategies.
• Strategic Vision: Think creatively and strategically, envisioning long-term solutions in a large-scale, enterprise-grade environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with product design, engineering, and other teams to deliver products exceeding customer expectations.
• Innovation and Execution: Balance innovative thinking with practical execution to drive product success and company growth.

You should apply if you have:

• Over 6 years of experience as a product manager in SaaS B2B products.
• Excellent communication skills that foster collaboration and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• A proven track record in driving product execution with hands-on implementation.
• Strong execution skills and forward-thinking abilities.
• A commitment to ownership and responsibility for created products.
• A strong understanding of data and how to interpret it to improve products.
• SuperbSolid user experience skills combined with technical understanding.
• The capability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans.
• Fluency or high proficiency in English.
