As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team and help us attract and hire top-tier tech talent.
This is a high-impact role where you'll partner closely with hiring managers across R&D, Product, and other functions, drive creative sourcing strategies, and help shape an exceptional candidate experience. What you’ll do:

Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a variety of technical roles across R&D, Product, and more

Act as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers, offering insights and driving hiring decisions

Build and nurture strong pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and innovative recruiting techniques

Create a best-in-class candidate experience, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices — and bring fresh ideas to the table

Partner with HR and cross-functional teams on employer branding, process improvements, and recruiting initiatives

Champion Gong’s unique culture and values throughout the hiring process

Ensure high-quality data hygiene and process adoption in Lever (ATS)
What you bring:
-
5+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech company – must
-
3+ years of hands-on sourcing experience using a variety of platforms and tools

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization

Proven ability to assess technical and cultural fit in candidates

Comfortable working with recruiting metrics, reports, and data tools

A genuine passion for technology and the talent that builds it

A proactive mindset, high sense of urgency, and a team-first approach
