This is a high-impact role where you'll partner closely with hiring managers across R&D, Product, and other functions, drive creative sourcing strategies, and help shape an exceptional candidate experience. What you’ll do:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a variety of technical roles across R&D, Product, and more

• Act as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers, offering insights and driving hiring decisions

• Build and nurture strong pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and innovative recruiting techniques

• Create a best-in-class candidate experience, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices — and bring fresh ideas to the table

• Partner with HR and cross-functional teams on employer branding, process improvements, and recruiting initiatives

• Champion Gong’s unique culture and values throughout the hiring process

• Ensure high-quality data hygiene and process adoption in Lever (ATS)

What you bring:

• 5+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech company – must

• 3+ years of hands-on sourcing experience using a variety of platforms and tools

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization

• Proven ability to assess technical and cultural fit in candidates

• Comfortable working with recruiting metrics, reports, and data tools

• A genuine passion for technology and the talent that builds it

• A proactive mindset, high sense of urgency, and a team-first approach
