Location: Barcelona (hybrid)

Your Role in Our Journey

  • Own and manage AWS Connect services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain the VoIP telephone system, leveraging 3-4 years of experience as a System Owner.
  • Develop and optimize AWS Connect flows, number provisioning, routing profiles, and security profiles.
  • Utilize 2-3 years of AWS experience to understand and implement general AWS system setup/architecture and interconnect various AWS services.
  • Work with AWS Customer Profiles, AWS Lambda, AWS CloudWatch, and AWS AppFlow to enhance service delivery and performance.
  • Integrate and manage online messenger platforms such as WhatsApp Business or Twilio to support customer communication needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented working style, focusing on precision and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment with clear goals and deadlines.

Your impact:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience with VoIP telephone systems as a System Owner.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS Connect, including flow design, number provisioning, routing profiles, security profiles, and analytics.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on AWS experience with a solid understanding of AWS architecture and service integration.
  • Proficiency with AWS Customer Profiles, AWS Lambda, AWS CloudWatch, and AWS AppFlow.
  • Familiarity with online messenger platforms like WhatsApp Business or Twilio.
  • Strong project management skills with a goal-oriented and project-driven approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions.
