Yolculuğumuzdaki Rolünüz
Müşteri Desteği: Almanca konuşan müşterilere canlı sohbet, e-posta ve fatura yönetimi yoluyla üst düzey destek sağlayarak müşteri memnuniyetini artırın.
Takım İşbirliği: DACH bölgesine odaklanan Global Müşteri Hizmetleri ekiplerimizle yakın çalışarak, müşteri odaklı çözümler geliştirin.
Sorun Çözme: Öğretmen eşleştirmeleri, oturum rezervasyonları ve diğer öncelikli görevleri etkin bir şekilde yönetin.
Bağlantı: Müşteri Hizmetleri ekibimiz ile eğitmen ağımız arasında köprü görevi görerek sorunsuz koordinasyon ve üstün hizmet sağlanmasını temin edin.
Oturum Koordinasyonu: Öğrenciler ve aileler için eğitim oturumlarının organize edilmesine yardımcı olun, kesintisiz bir deneyim sunun.
Sizden Beklentilerimiz
Deneyim: Müşteri hizmetleri veya çağrı merkezi müşteri destek departmanında 2-5 yıllık deneyim. Çeviri veya eğitim sektöründeki deneyim tercih sebebidir.
Yetkinlik: CRM/Müşteri Hizmetleri araçları ve çeviri teknolojilerinde yetkinlik.
Dil Becerileri: Almanca diline tam hakimiyet (zorunlu). İngilizce veya diğer dillerde B2 seviyesinde yeterlilik avantaj sağlar.
İletişim Becerileri: Müşterilerle empati yapmak ve etkili iletişimle çözüm üretebilmek.
Organizasyonel Yetkinlik: Yapılandırılmış bir şekilde çalışabilmek, büyük resmi görebilmek ve baskı altında sakin kalabilmek
Pratik Yaklaşım: Sorumluluk almaktan çekinmemek, yeni görevleri hızla öğrenmek ve çoklu görevleri yönetebilmek
Uyum: Müşteri odaklı olmak, hizmette mükemmelliği hedeflemek, öğrenmeye açık olmak ve ürünümüzü bütünüyle anlamak
