- Tutor Support: Act as a key point of contact for our tutors, guiding and supporting them throughout their journey, while driving initiatives to improve their overall experience, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Platform Issue Resolution: Take ownership of identifying, addressing, and resolving technical or operational issues encountered by tutors on the platform.
- Query Response Management: Provide timely and accurate support to tutors across all communication channels (email, chat, calls). Identify recurring themes and recommend improvements based on frequent inquiries.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and deliver clear updates to tutors on hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and other job-related processes.
- Payment Management and Lesson Issue Resolution: Handle tasks related to payment management and resolving issues arising from lessons.
- Monthly Tutor Recruitment: Conduct monthly tutor recruitment to meet demand, ensuring monthly targets are achieved.
- KPI: Monitor and follow up on kpi´s to ensure goals are met.
- Ownership Mentality: Take full responsibility for your tasks, managing tight deadlines and prioritizing multiple objectives with efficiency and precision.
- Solution-Oriented: Proactively propose innovative solutions to challenges, contributing to the growth and retention of our tutor community.
- Effective Communication: Engage with tutors and colleagues globally using strong oral and written communication skills in French and English or Spanish.
- Organized Execution: Showcase exceptional organizational skills, effectively managing multiple tasks while maintaining a structured approach, even under pressure.
- Foundational Experience:
- Experience in customer support and issue resolution is appreciated.
- CRM management ( Experience with HubSpot is highly valued.)
- KPI tracking and data-driven improvements.
- Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
