Join us as a People Operations Manager for the DACH region, where you will lead employee relations, manage the full employee lifecycle, and act as the first point of contact for People & Organization (P&O) related inquiries. In this role, you will collaborate closely with global P&O teams, support local recruitment, and drive initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment.

Your Role in Our Mission:
- Lead employee relations and ensure legal compliance across Austria and Germany, coordinating with internal and external legal partners as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for P&O-related inquiries from employees and managers in the DACH region.
- Coach and advise managers on P&O policies and procedures, promoting compliance and best practices.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle to deliver a seamless and positive employee experience.
- Develop and implement local P&O policies aligned with global standards, and act as the liaison with the Works Council.
- Own employment contracts, amendments, and maintain document templates.
- Support the payroll team by ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Manage time & attendance data and oversee local benefits administration to ensure strong employee support.
- Act as the DACH point of contact for internal and external audits.
- Guide the Talent Acquisition team on local recruitment practices and coordinate relocation cases with external agencies.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend action plans to reduce churn.
- Ensure data integrity across P&O tools and serve as a Culture Ambassador by understanding and addressing employee needs.
- Support key P&O initiatives including performance evaluations, people development, compensation reviews
- Develop engagement activities such as office events.
What will you bring:
- 2–3 years of proven HR experience in Austria. Experience in Germany would be a big plus.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws, CBA and HR best practices in Austria and Germany
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), and payroll systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and German, written and spoken.
- Capable local partner to business leaders, offering strategic and operational HR guidance.
- Experienced in managing the full employee lifecycle with a focus on delivering an excellent employee experience.
- Demonstrated success in leading and supporting organizational change initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Skilled in collaborating with global teams to develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that reflect company values and objectives.
- Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting DEI efforts and engagement activities.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret HR metrics and KPIs, evaluate the impact of HR programs, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
