Overview

Job Summary:

Clinical Analyst I will acquire essentials skills in assessment creation and formation, the regulations that govern US Healthcare such as National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) and Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS), Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) Rules, Chronic Illness and Disability Payment System (CDPS) Risk Scoring etc. and clinical guideline research.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gain independence in the task of assessment creation and formation and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Gain knowledge of the US Regulations governing US Healthcare including HEDIS, CDPS, HCC Condition Rules and the fundamentals of clinical guideline research.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze clinical data and provide insights.
  • Assist in the development and deployment of HEDIS Business Requirement Document, CDPS Upgrades, HCC Condition Reviews and others as assigned.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to position.
  • Actively engage in independent research and training to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to position.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Health plan Operations, etc.).
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in English.
  • Knowledge of US Healthcare regulations or operations a plus, a desire to learn a requirement.

  • At minimum, an intermediate proficiency level in Excel and Office Suite of Products
