About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced leader to lead our Strategic Partnership Team. You’ll have a unique opportunity to shape Hinge Health’s growth by leading a high performing team focused on developing and fostering partnerships with benefits consultants and channel partners. These strategic relationships are essential to drive our growth within the employer sponsored health care market.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Lead and manage a team of direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, training, and talent development
- Evaluate potential consultant, broker and ecosystem partners to collaborate with
- Work with our legal and finance teams to negotiate agreements with partners
- Work with Commercial Sales & Marketing to educate our partners on Hinge Health, develop sales pipeline, and improve win rate
- Work with your team to develop national strategies with partners and build relationships with key stakeholders and executives
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful implementation of our program, as well as renewals / upsells.
- Contribute to the product roadmap by providing feedback from our consultant and channel partnerships.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree and 10-15 years work experience.
- Background in managing strategic partnerships and working with benefit consultants
- Strategic thinker that is continuously looking to drive toward strong and higher performing partnerships
- Experience leading teams; managing strategic growth through a channel strategy
- History of consistently attaining / exceeding growth metrics
- Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills
- Comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup - ability to innovate, and solve problems creatively
- Desire to learn, grow, develop, and mentor team members
- Have a sense of humor and like to have fun. We work hard, but we laugh a lot too
