Hinge Health Hybrid Model:
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 2 days/week. We will be expanding to 3 days/week in the office beginning April of 2024.
About the Role:
The Hinge Health People Development function is still in its early days, so there are plenty of opportunities to drive immediate impact and shape strategies at an early stage. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, you will own end-to-end people development initiatives, ranging from assessing cross-functional learning needs, strategizing modalities, facilitating / organizing learning initiatives, to ultimately measuring impact and modifying the approach to increase impact. Additionally, you will collaborate on select Talent Management work streams such as the design and program management of Performance Management, Talent Reviews, and Succession Planning. With the rollout of a new, AI powered LMS, you will be tapped to scale PeopleDev’s impact beyond humanly possible to drive a deliberately developmental culture.

  • Analyze data to continuously improve and refine development programs
  • Collaborate on the design and program management of Talent Management initiatives, including Performance Management, Talent Reviews, and possibly Succession Planning
  • Co-create the integration between learning and talent management programs for a holistic approach to employee development
  • Quickly ramp up on a new Learning Management System (LMS), leveraging its capabilities to enhance training and development offerings
