About the Role
The Data Quality Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and functionality of marketing data across systems. This role supports Enterprise Marketing Operations by monitoring and resolving sync errors, managing lead-to-account matching, and ensuring clean, structured data for campaign execution, sales follow-up, and reporting. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency with data tools, and the ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless marketing operations. The ideal candidate will prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively and collaborate with marketing operations and campaign managers to ensure data flows correctly and efficiently.
What You'll Accomplish
Monitor and resolve sync errors across platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, and 6sense, escalating issues when necessary
Maintain campaign, lead, and contact records in Salesforce and Pardot to ensure accuracy in reporting and marketing execution
Support lead management workflows by handling lead conversions, assignments, alerts, and routing logic. Match leads to accounts where automatic matching fails, ensuring alignment with ABM and lead routing strategies
Support list uploads and segmentation, ensuring data is clean, structured, and properly tagged for campaign use
Assist with building and maintaining standardized reports and dashboards for campaign tracking and lead performance
Execute regular data audits and clean-up routines to remove duplicates, correct formatting errors, and standardize records
Help troubleshoot automated processes by identifying and resolving data issues preventing automation successCollaborate with marketing operations and campaign managers to ensure data flows correctly and efficiently

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot).
Familiarity with data governance
Experience working with large datasets
