We’re looking for a smart, creative, and extremely online ghostwriter & vibe tweeter to help a fast‑moving AI‑focused exec build a powerful, authentic presence on X (primarily), as well as IG, TikTok, and Linkedin. You’ll turn rough, unstructured ideas - on AI, product, leadership, and the tech ecosystem - into crisp, high‑signal social content and takes: one‑liners that start debates, threads that get bookmarked, and posts that actually shape how founders and operators think about the future of AI. If you can turn a voice memo about LLM latency into a thread that lights up founder circles, this is for you.

You might be a fit if you:

• Live on tech Twitter, Substack, or VC LinkedIn and know what content hits

• Can turn messy founder ideas into great threads or smart one-liners

• Know your way around AI memes, open source debates, and startup lore

• Write like a founder, not a brand — authentic, contrarian, and fast

• Have ghostwritten or published content for execs, founders, or investors

What You’ll Do

✅ Ghostwrite 3–5x/week in the CEO’s tone: smart, contrarian, human.

✅ Develop and maintain a consistent founder voice across social platforms

✅ Ghostwrite high-signal posts, threads, memes, and short-form videos

✅ Shape original posts on X/Linkedin, as well as clips/memes on TikTok,and IG that punch above their weight: clear, sharp, memorable.

✅ Surface contrarian takes, founder wisdom, product insights, hiring philosophy, and commentary on AI trends.

✅ Monitor and engage in the pulse of tech Twitter, Substack, and AI research to find timely hooks and conversations to join.

✅ Track what’s performing and adjust strategy accordingly

✅ Work directly with the CEO to fine‑tune tone, rhythm, and narrative.

✅ Build a backlog of evergreen content and repurpose real-time insights

Requirements

• You’ve built an audience yourself or someone else (on Substack, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Live on X + Substack and know how the AI and founder/operator communities think, joke, and argue.

• Can take technical AI ideas and make them resonate with founders and builders.

• Work quickly

• Understand how to influence online - not just impressions, but reputation.

Extra credit

• Can riff on technical topics like model alignment, latency, open vs closed source in a founder‑friendly way.

• Have ghostwritten for execs, founders, VCs, or public figures before.

• Already have a network in the AI/tech ecosystem and understand its dynamics.

• Know how to grow an audience while keeping it authentic.

Compensation
