Lime is looking for a strategic, analytical, and driven Sr. Recycling Compliance and Operations Specialist for our global EOL and Recycling needs. Reporting into the Regional Sr Manager Distribution & Logistics and working closely with the Product Lifecycle Program Manager you will own, manage & facilitate regional recycling compliance and operations for all our products and parts.

The individual hired in this position must live in Rotterdam as you will be required to be onsite in our Distribution Center 3 days a week.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate Day to Day Recycling Operations by following up on local Markets and DC requests and organizing logistical transport operations from Pick-Up to Drop off at the recycling partners in line with Key performance Indicators.
Ensure Data tracking of all EOL requests (and oversee related financial metrics)
Be the main point of contact for all internal clients as well as all recycling partners, track and review their performance, their compliance with Lime SOPs and ensure all necessary metrics are prepared to support QBRs.
Respond to GR information requests and in general support all RFP efforts from an EOL/Recycling perspective.
Verify and ensure compliance with Lime SOPs, local, national and international rules and regulations in regards to the storage, handling and transport of EOL materials by engaging with local markets, DCs, EHS and recycling Partners
Be the primary POC for all things related to recycling, recycling compliance, end of life and EHS compliant storage as well as transport of batteries and other EOL materials. In that capacity, ensure periodic reviews of Lime internal SOPs and organize training materials and training sessions for the appropriate audience.
Stay up to date and implement regulatory changes in regards to EPR and analyse evolving optimization possibilities.
Collect and transfer all necessary EOL compliance Data in line with Environmental Regulations needs (EPR) to the relevant Partners
Work hand in hand with the OPS Excellence Team to create new procedures, procedural changes and updates as necessary and make sure they are being implemented according to proper change management guidelines.
About you:
3+ years of experience working within a global product & supply chain operation
Prior experience with Dangerous Goods and environmental regulations, specifically batteries
Prior logistics, warehousing experience
Experience managing projects and deliverables
Effective at evaluating processes and finding opportunities for improvement
Capable of effectively implementing procedural changes; able to bring others along
Able to work well with cross functional teams, tailoring processes and improvements to suit their needs and functional capabilities
Strong problem solving skills with ability to influence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
