Lime is looking for a FinTech Manager - Revenue & Asset Management to join our FinTech team! In this role, you will report to the Head of Finance Technology and will guide the finance technology strategy for our company's most critical revenue streams.
This is a key leadership role that blends deep technical expertise with a collaborative, forward-thinking mindset. You will collaborate directly with leaders in Revenue & Asset Accounting to design and enhance scalable, automated, and compliant processes that support Lime’s growth. This is a high-impact role where you will have the opportunity to solve complex challenges related to new products and market expansions, ensuring our finance technology can keep pace with our ambitions.
What you’ll do:
Act as the primary partner to the Revenue & Asset Accounting teams.
Guide the strategy and development of the finance technology roadmap for all technologies within the order-to-cash and acquire to retire lifecycles, including billing, revenue recognition (ASC606), and asset management.
Lead finance technology projects from discovery to launch, gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, and managing project timelines.
Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to reduce manual work, increase accuracy, and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
Serve as the key liaison with Corporate Technology, Engineering, and external vendors to deliver and support robust solutions.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve the efficiency and scalability of our revenue operations.
About you:
Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, Finance Manager, or in a similar role focused on core accounting systems.
Proficiency in revenue accounting, Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and a strong understanding of ASC606 principles.
Proficiency with fixed asset accounting and depreciation processes.
Hands-on experience with core financial systems such as NetSuite, Oracle FAH, Stripe, or similar enterprise-level ERP platforms.
A track record of leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience working in a SOX-controlled environment.
A process-oriented mindset with an ability to design scalable and efficient solutions.
Proficiency in SQL and data warehouses like Snowflake
Preferred Experience:
CPA certification is a plus.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
Experience integrating AI/ML into Finance processes & data

Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable performance-bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
