Drive revenue growth by helping businesses unlock the power of AI agents
As an Account Executive, you'll own the complete sales process for our AI agent platform. You'll work with inbound leads to understand their business challenges, demonstrate how our Lindies (AI agents) solve real problems, and guide them from prospect to successful customer. This isn't just about closing deals—you'll implement custom solutions, onboard teams, and become a trusted advisor who helps customers achieve measurable results.
Working directly with our CEO and product team, you'll be the voice of the customer, ensuring we build what the market actually needs.
We're an in-office company working from our San Francisco office 4 days/week. We sponsor visas and provide up to $20K relocation assistance.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle - first call through close, implementation, and successful onboarding
Build and implement custom Lindies for customers (with support from our CSM team and implementation partners)
Become a product expert across diverse use cases and industries
Hit aggressive revenue targets with five-figure ACV deals ($30K+)
Collaborate with product/engineering to prioritize features that drive sales
Create repeatable playbooks that scale our sales process
What We're Looking For
3+ years crushing quota in early-stage B2B SaaS (we want closers)
SMB or technical sales experience - bonus points for no-code/AI product background
Track record closing $30K+ ACV deals consistently
Thrives in ambiguity - you figure things out without being told how
Strong work ethic and collaboration skills
Can work in-person 4 days/week from our SF office

Compensation
Salary Range 180K to 260K OTE
