About Lindy

We're on a mission to free humanity from work. What if your AI teammate could manage your inbox, run your calendar, manage your meetings, communicate with clients, and close deals?

As crazy as it sounds, humanity has already freed itself once — from hard, menial work. We’re just finishing the job, using AI agents to automate all knowledge work.

Our goal is to build AI employees that can collaborate with humans and other AI employees across all channels (email, Slack, Zoom, phone calls, etc), pursue ambiguous goals in dynamic contexts, and continuously learn from their experience.

Job Description

As the AI Ecosystem Lead at Lindy, you'll be the operational backbone of our Agent Academy and community programs, managing massive-scale educational initiatives that turn thousands of users into AI power users.

This role is perfect for someone who gets energized by operational excellence and wants to build the ecosystem where hundreds of thousands feel empowered with AI.

You'll orchestrate our flagship Agent Academy program, build automated systems to increase your impact, and be a heartbeat of our community.

We strongly encourage you to use AI, agents, and automation to do your job as efficiently as possible — practice what we preach by building Lindys to scale your own impact.
