The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our design team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver intuitive, delightful, and visually stunning experiences for our users. You will leverage your expertise in user centered design principles and industry best practices to create innovative solutions that align with our product vision and business goals.

What You'll Own

• Lead the end-to-end design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, and delivering high-fidelity designs for complex features and projects.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing design solutions.

• Conduct user research and usability studies to inform design decisions and validate concepts.

• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.

• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles and advocate for the needs and goals of our users throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with the UX research team to analyze data, identify insights, and incorporate them into design solutions.

• Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, including executives, in a clear and compelling manner.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

• 8 years of experience as a product designer, with a focus on user-centered design methodologies.

• A portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing exceptional user experiences across different platforms (web, mobile, etc.).

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

• Strong knowledge of design systems, interaction design, and information architecture principles.

• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects from concept to implementation, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and leveraging data to inform design decisions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex design challenges.

• Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry advancements.

Preferred Experience, Not Required

• Experience designing for specific platforms or industries relevant to your company.

• Proficiency in motion design and prototyping tools such as After Effects, Principle, or similar.

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design feasibility.

• Experience working in an Agile or iterative development environment.
