The Role
Linktree is used by over 70 million creators across the world: artists, athletes, musicians, entrepreneurs, and everyday people building their audiences and communities online.
The Product Marketing team shapes how we launch, position, and scale Linktree. We are looking for an Associate PMM, Creators and Communities that will help shape how creators experience and grow with Linktree. In this role, you’ll drive go-to-market (GTM) plans for creator-facing features, develop education and enablement programs, and act as an internal voice of creators, ensuring their needs inform everything from feature development to in-market storytelling.
If you’re equal parts storyteller and strategist, someone who loves turning product insights into campaigns that resonate with creators, this is a unique opportunity to make an impact on how millions of creators connect with the world.
What You’ll Own
- Creator GTM Strategy: Build end-to-end go-to-market plans for creator and community features, including LinkApps, curation features and new product experiences.
- Vertical Playbooks & GTMs: Build creator vertical GTMs (i.e. Music, Podcasts, Fashion) with tailored toolkits, educational resources, and marketing narratives that empower all creators to succeed on Linktree.
- Market & Audience Insights: Partner with our Marketing Insights Lead to conduct and synthesize creator research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis to inform product positioning and roadmap decisions.
- Product Storytelling: Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with creators and communicates Linktree’s value across channels.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with product, design, partnerships, and growth teams to ensure launches are organised and impactful.
- Performance & Optimization: Set success metrics, track adoption and engagement, and continuously refine GTM strategies based on performance data and creator feedback.
Who We’re Looking For
- BS/BA and 3-4 years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM Strategy or related roles at a consumer tech, or creator-focused company.
- Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies for creator, community, or consumer social platform products.
- Deep understanding of the creator economy, social platforms, and digital tools that enable creators to grow their audience and income.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills: you can turn product features into simple, audience-centered narratives.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable using insights and data to make strategic recommendations.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude: you thrive in fast-paced, creative environments and balance strategy with execution.
Linktree is committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package including cash, equity, and benefits. The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $120,000-$145,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Final offers depend on multiple factors including location, experience, expertise, and role scope, and may vary from the range listed.
P.S. If you don’t tick every box in this listing, please don’t rule yourself out. We take pride in inclusion and hiring incredible human beings with great potential over ticking boxes – so if this role resonates with you, hit that apply button!
