Operating from our central London offices, we manufacture and supply our organic baby food products to retailers both here in the UK and Internationally.

Job Purpose:

Based from our London office, our UK Marketing Manager has a primary responsibility for our UK Marketing strategy, guidelines and activity plans in line with wider business commercial strategy and vision, with a further role in developing our International expansion plans.

Principal Accountabilities & Objectives

· Develop & execute the company’s marketing strategy to achieve budgeted growth targets aligned to the goals of the business, board and shareholders.

· Overall responsibility for the UK brand standards, brand proposition and BCI, ensuring the consistent implementation and optimisation of these.

· Responsible for our 3rd party Agency relationships to deliver on the marketing strategy goals

· Management of our ‘Big Green Plan’ and ensuring this remains relevant to all stakeholders

· Identify & react to market/competitor opportunities & threats as they arise.

· Work cross functionally to ensure alignment to our brand vision and delivery of our budgeted plans

· Line management responsibility for the Little Freddie Marketing team & ownership of their on-going training and development.

· Work with the wider Little Freddie team to review and help find solutions to market opportunities & threats as they arise.

· Provide the marketing tools and direction to our international markets to continue our global expansion plans.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications

  • This job requires a high degree of literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail with the successful candidate needing to have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deliver projects on time

· We are looking for an existing Marketing Manager or an ambitious Brand Manager who can show us they are ready to make the step up.

· Min 5 year’s experience in a relevant Marketing role, ideally in food & drink with a track record of brand building

· Great food knowledge and a passion for food

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

· A start-up/ SME mind set, ability to react and adapt to environment with high degree of change & pace

· Budgetary control

· Be computer literate including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· A well organised individual with excellent communication skills as the role will involve dealing with contact all over the world

· People management and people development
