That's why our multi award-winning products are fully organic, and developed alongside a paediatric dietitian who supports us with industry-leading guidance and product development.
Operating from our central London office, we manufacture and supply our organic baby food products to retailers both here in the UK and Internationally, with presence in over 15 markets globally.
Job Purpose:
Based from our London office, we are looking for an ambitious Senior National Account Manager who can help us deliver our growth targets in UK retail whilst supporting future business commercial strategy and direction.
Principal Accountabilities & Objectives
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
· Building and maintaining strong relationships externally with our customers and internally with key stakeholders
· Create and agree compelling annual account level trade plans and then ensure brilliant execution of initiatives
· Owning channel level P&L management and understanding how that ladders up to wider business performance
· Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and use that information to drive strategic recommendations.
· Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities whilst taking the wider business with you to expand our market presence and scale
Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications
· 3+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced FMCG environment is strongly preferred
· Experience managing and driving growth in UK Grocery customers
· Highly numerate, comfortable working with data and using it to drive decisions
· Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in P&L ownership and a solid understanding of retail supply chain and store level execution
· Ability to demonstrate strong Joint Business Planning and negotiation capabilities
· Line management experience or someone who is ready to take that step
