Founded in 2014 by Freddie's parents Piers and Tas, we remain committed to crafting recipes which deliver on big taste for the littlest taste buds. That's why our multi award-winning products are fully organic, and developed alongside a paediatric dietitian who supports us with industry-leading guidance and product development.

Operating from our central London office, we manufacture and supply our organic baby food products to retailers both here in the UK and Internationally, with presence in over 15 markets globally.

Job Purpose:

Based from our London office, we are looking for an ambitious National Account Manager who can work with the wider UK team to deliver our budgeted sales targets and grow awareness and availability of the Little Freddie range with a number of our key retailers.

Principal Accountabilities & Objectives

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

· Managing the day-to-day running of a number of our key sales channels

· Forecasting and tracking customers account metrics in line with budget assumptions.

· Ensuring promotions are planned, executed and evaluated to a high standard to create the best possible return on investment

· Supporting the delivery of Little Freddie annual commercial targets

· Act as a commercial point of contact in our NPD process, and take ownership of our take to market strategy

· Involvement in monthly business processes such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)

· Planning and executing focussed new business development initiatives.

· Building strong, productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications

· Previous experience working with retailers in a consumer goods category

· A high level of numeracy - confident with handling and analysing data.

· A drive for results

· The ability to build strong relationship with a personable and collaborative attitude.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.

· Resilience and determination

· The ability to make decisions and work within a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
