That’s why our multi award-winning products are fully organic, and developed alongside a paediatric dietitian who supports us with industry-leading guidance and product development.

Operating from our central London office, we manufacture and supply our organic baby food products to retailers both here in the UK and internationally, with presence in over 15 markets globally.

We operate a hybrid flexible working pattern with an office base in Farringdon.

Job Purpose:

Based from our central London office with a hybrid flexible setup, we are looking for a Brand Manager / Junior Brand Manager on a fixed-term basis until the end of 2025. This person will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of brand and marketing plans, contributing to the overall success of the business in the UK and growth territories. We’re looking for a talented and experienced individual who can hit the ground running on strategically critical projects.

Principal Accountabilities & Objectives:

  • Reporting into the Marketing Manager you will support the development and the execution of brand activities ensuring consistency across consumer touchpoints including packaging and digital.
  • Manage the development and activation of the brands 2025 – 2026 marketing initiatives including development of new products and their launches, with attention to detail to meet launch timings and land product propositions effectively.
  • Works with the wider commercial team as required in the implementation of the retail media plans and promotional strategy.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional team, particularly sales and NPD.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

  • FMCG brand management experience, ideally across food and beverages
  • Expertise in digital marketing and data-driven decision making
  • Experience in product development, packaging design, shopper marketing and agency management
  • Ideally proficient in artwork management software systems
  • An obsession with insight-led marketing
  • Demonstrable project management skills
  • Bias for action and ownership mentality
  • Attention to detail and passion for flawless execution
  • Be computer literate including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A well organised individual with excellent communication skills as the role will involve dealing with global contacts
  • An entrepreneurial mindset; ability to react & adapt to environments with change & pace
