About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team. As a key part of the Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our operations in India and expanding our presence in both established and emerging markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities in both mature and emerging markets within India.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Implement strategies to deliver key financial and performance objectives including revenue growth, clinical cost management and adherence to financial policy, process, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Manage country business and clinical operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency in operating processes and procedures and working with the Regional Manager to identify cross-territory opportunities and efficiencies.
  • Facilitate the adoption of Lyra digital platforms and tools within the country.
  • Working with the global sales team, manage the whole cycle of sales in line with Lyra operating models/ protocols - including pricing negotiations, contract development, and ensuring successful delivery of sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Lyra clinical operational teams to support international requirements in the local market.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Demonstrate effective and consistent leadership and demonstrate the Lyra values ofperformance, culture, judgment, commitment, decision-making, and trust, ensuring a ‘one company’ approach to information sharing and collaborative working. Responsible for management of local teams.

Qualifications:

  • Strong financial awareness and delivery of profit and operating efficiency
  • Demonstrable experience of implementing growth strategies and identifying growth opportunities
  • Demonstrable experience of operations and sales management and delivery
  • Strong communication skills and a track record of working supportively and collaboratively to achieve results
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing and motivational skills
  • Culturally aware in working with internal and external stakeholders across the region/globe.
  • Ability to self-manage and work virtually
  • Excellent team player who can work with virtual, global, and cross-functional teams
  • Capacity to manage high stress situations and to drive to a decision
  • Proactive and results driven

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with an EAP provider
  • Experience integrating consulting or professional services businesses, and the ability to understand how to drive and protect value in these contexts.
