About the Role
Lyra Health is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics & Operations Manager to drive the data and operations strategy for member marketing that optimizes growth. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling marketing analytics frameworks, building our marketing attribution model, and demonstrating the revenue impact of member marketing initiatives through ROI modeling in partnership with Finance.
As a key strategic partner to the Member Marketing team, you will support member marketing revenue models, reporting, and processes and identify ways to refine outreach strategies and maximize engagement. You will also work cross-functionally with Strategy and Operations, Finance, Technology, and Product teams to tell a comprehensive member engagement story backed by data to fuel our growth and impact.

Responsiblities:

  • Drive the collection, analysis, and reporting of member marketing data that tracks key conversion points and identifies opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Own the marketing attribution model by evaluating last-touch, multi-touch, and other approaches to assess multi-channel campaign impact and guide investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain self-service dashboards (Tableau preferred) to provide visibility into customer campaign opt-ins, funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and member engagement in partnership with other analytics teams.
  • Craft the insights, learnings, and recommendations from member marketing data to be shared with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and refine ROI models in partnership with Finance to quantify the revenue impact of marketing strategies and support data-driven budget allocation.
  • Create and enhance goal setting initiatives and forecasting models to predict registrations and utilization behaviours driven by member marketing, factoring in seasonality, customer account dynamics, client demographics, campaign performance, and external trends in partnership with our Strategy & Planning team.
  • Provide interpretation and understanding of analyses and studies in a narrative presentation with supporting graphs, charts and exhibits for senior management.
  • Drive innovation in marketing operations, leveraging AI and automation to optimize processes, improve campaign execution, and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing, ideally within digital health, B2B2C, or consumer services.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency with experience working with large datasets and optimizing queries for efficiency.
  • Strong development of marketing attribution models (last-touch, multi-touch) across channels (email, direct mail, paid social, SMS, push) and their role in optimizing campaign performance.
  • Experience in ROI modeling and financial analysis, with the ability to quantify marketing-driven revenue impact.
  • Expertise in Salesforce products (CRM, Marketing Cloud, DataCloud, Tableau) to build executive-level reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation, with a strong interest in using technology to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, data, and technology teams to align on business objectives and drive impact.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of distilling complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Leadership mindset, with the ability to mentor others and interest and/or experience to grow into a potential people management role.
  • Familiarity with Data Build Tool (DBT) or analytics engineering is a plus.
