The Role
Lyra is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Operations Lead to spearhead the launch and scaling of our new virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP). You will be responsible for building the operational backbone of this pilot program in California, with a vision to scale it nationally. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, hands-on operational execution, and sophisticated project management. You will orchestrate the efforts of a wide array of internal and external stakeholders across clinical, product, legal, and operational domains.
This position is ideal for a strategic problem-solver who is energized by the challenge of launching and managing novel programs in complex environments. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement core operational workflows for the vIOP pilot, including patient scheduling, care coordination, and provider communication protocols
- Establish and manage processes for provider operations, including recruiting support, training on new platforms, and managing provider performance
- Develop a strategic roadmap for scaling the vIOP program to other states
- Serve as the central operational point of contact for partnerships internally, ensuring seamless coordination between providers and leadership
- Use data and analytics to identify and scope opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency gains as the program scales
- Design and coordinate Lyra’s internal workflows to ensure cross-functional teams are set up for success. Work with internal and external stakeholders to track and analyze key performance indicators

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in digital health operations, management consulting, or related fields; experience in a high-growth operations or startup environment is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of building and launching new, complex programs from the ground up
- Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver results with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets, SQL, Snowflake), with a metrics-driven approach to problem-solving
- Ability to distill complex information and data into actionable insights for executive-level audiences
- A highly organized self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and can create clarity and direction
