Product Analytics Team Lead
Qualifications to apply this role:
5+ years of experience in product analytics, with a track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations
Minimum 3 years experience leading and mentoring a team of product analysts (4-5 analysts), with a focus on developing talent and driving results
Experience in mentoring and helping others reach their full potential. Passion for supporting and empowering team members by providing guidance, constructive feedback, and creating opportunities for professional development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear and actionable insights
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making through data
An ability to understand complex ideas and simplify it to relevant stakeholders
Strong SQL skills, with experience querying large and complex data sets
Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Experience in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing
Experience in fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
B.S in one of the following: Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
How your day is going to look, what you will be doing?
Build, onboard and lead a team of product analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management
Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and solve complex business problems
Develop and maintain an analytics roadmap, identifying and prioritizing the most impactful analyses and experiments
Develop and maintain analytical metrics, ensuring they are relevant for the business, accurate and meaningful for measuring product performance
Conduct analyses and experiments to learn user’s behavior and identify trends and opportunities for improving the product experience
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data to influence product strategy and decision-making

Melio's Analytics department plays a critical role in driving the company's growth and success. The team is responsible for analyzing data to help make data-driven decisions, providing insights and recommendations that help drive innovation and improve customer satisfaction.
Each analyst is assigned to a squad and works on a different part of the product.
