As a new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Melio, you will play a crucial role in our continued growth and success. We are experiencing a surge in open positions across various departments, including R&D, Product, Marketing, Growth, DevOps, Finance, and more.

You will join us on this 6-month mission to identify and attract the best talent to help us achieve our business goals.
Your expertise will be vital in ensuring we find the right people to support Melio in keeping SMB businesses in business.

We are looking for a dedicated team player who can hit the ground running from day one. You will need to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously and maintain a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact Melio’s future by hiring the talent that will drive our mission forward.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years as an end-to-end recruiter in a tech company, including sourcing, interviewing, to closing for all departments.
  • Proven ability to ensure an exceptional candidate experience from the first message throughout the interviews to closing.
  • Biased for data-driven decisions - experience in keeping track of processes while backing up decisions with relevant data
  • Diversity focus
  • Excellent communication skills; proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior business leaders and other team members
  • Working in a hyper-growth environment
  • Innovative approach, out-of-the-box thinker

How is your day going to look? What you will be doing?

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be joining our TLV Talent Team. Here's what you will be doing:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from position kickoff through sourcing, conducting HR interviews, and closing candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships with hiring teams, understand their business needs, and build trust with business leaders.
  • Sense of Urgency: Demonstrate a bias for action and resilience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Dive deep into sourcing strategies, including crafting compelling messages, providing feedback, and addressing biases.
  • Data Utilization: Use data to create recruiting narratives and make informed decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-departmentally, driving initiatives and solving problems with demanding hiring managers.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Employ effective negotiation and closing tactics to secure top talent.
  • Process Improvement: Initiate and enhance hiring processes, directly impacting the company's success.
