Senior Product Manager, Risk

We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager for a key role within our Risk & Compliance team. This position is focused on developing critical infrastructure and services that safeguard Melio's users and deter fraudulent activity, driving both customer confidence and Melio’s growth. You’ll be a great fit if you like to move fast, challenge existing assumptions and have a strong background in data, product management and current software technologies.
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of Product Management experience. Ideally in risk, fraud, identity, management or similar fields.
- Strong analytical skills, fluent with data tools (E.g. Snowflake, Datadog, Amplitude).
- Track record of effective cross-functional work and stakeholder managementProven ability to ship complex products in regulated environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage partner relationships. (Hebrew & English).
- Empathy for both customers and frontline operatorsComfortable working at both the strategy and execution level.
- Bonus points: Deep understanding of fraud vectors (e.g., ATO, synthetic identity, friendly fraud, phishing).
- Hands on experience working with data as an analyst, data scientist or engineer Familiarity with risk scoring models, fraud rules management, or KYC/AML systems
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Analyze fraud trends and data to identify vulnerabilities, develop mitigation strategies, and enhance fraud decision systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to design, build, and deploy effective risk and fraud prevention features.
- Work with the analytics team to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for risk and fraud prevention efforts, ensuring alignment with performance targets.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners, including regulators, payment processors, and internal teams, regarding product strategy and progress.
