About the Team & How We Work:
At Miter, we take pride in getting customers live on our product with confidence. Payroll and HR are too important to get wrong, and our work makes sure customers start strong from day one.
As Miter moves up-market, we’re looking for Strategic Launch Managers to lead our most complex and high-visibility implementations—multi-entity accounts, executive stakeholders, and launches that directly shape how we scale. These customers often represent significant ACV, large employee populations with extreme complexity, and PE-backed, high-growth businesses.
In this role, you’ll not only guide customers through complex, enterprise implementations, but also refine the way we deliver launches across the business. You’ll work closely with executives (both ours and our customers’) to drive business outcomes that turn customers into advocates and help define what world-class onboarding looks like at Miter.

What You’ll Do:
Partner directly with Strategic customers to design tailored implementation plans and lead them through rolling out the Miter solutions they’ve purchased.
Own the end-to-end launch journey—aligning on timelines, defining success criteria, and ensuring milestones support each customer’s business goals.
Drive product adoption by delivering personalized guidance, sharing best practices, and equipping customers to get the most out of Miter.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to create seamless handoffs and set customers up for long-term success.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer insights, troubleshoot technical challenges, and advocate for improvements that reflect customer needs and industry trends.

Help scale the Strategic Launch function by contributing to playbooks, process improvements, and team best practices—turning learnings into leverage for future launches.
What You’ll Need:
6+ years in SaaS implementation, consulting, or a fast-growing services/ops role
Experience with Payroll, accounting, tax, or financial products
Experience leading projects >6 months or >$100k in services (preferred)
HCM, ERP and/or Construction industry exposure (a plus)
Comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets); experience validating and transforming payroll/employee data
Ability to understand integrations, APIs, and technical documentation to unblock launches
Clear, confident communication with both customer executives and cross-functional partners
