About us:

We’re here to make money work for everyone and we're doing things differently. For too long, banking has been obtuse, complex and opaque.

This is as 12 month fixed term contract.

Role Responsibilities

Campaign Planning

  • Lay out inspiring and clear vision for brand campaigns and ensure both the internal team and agency partners understand how this work ladders to company goals
  • Thoughtfully prioritise the most important campaigns and activities and actively deprioritize others against business goals and brand strategy

Creative Development

  • Oversee the development of marketing briefs, their socialisation and ultimate sign-off
  • Act as brand guardian responsible for managing the brand's personality, look and feel, and cohesion across campaign touchpoints
  • Partner with Design teams on the development of creative assets
  • Manage the creative production process, including all FinProm and ASA approvals as well as potential external agencies

Project Management

  • Accountable for a creative, production and media budget with strong P&L focus linked to business priorities
  • Build trust with cross-functional leaders by being reliable, clear, transparent, open-minded, and flexible (and mandating the same behaviour from the team)

Agency Leadership

  • Drive powerful relationships with numerous creative and media agencies to drive excellence in output and ways of working
  • Be the day-to-day contact and ultimate sign-off point for decision-making

Reporting & Analysis

  • Responsible for a setting campaign success metrics with solid rationale – and selling these into the wider business
  • Partner with Data and Growth teams to orchestrate a regular cadence of campaign reporting, using insights to power decision-making and strategic pivots

You should apply if:

You have experience working in core marketing, with the ability to build relationships, lead creative & media agencies and pitch/present to exec level and have a high level of gravitas to work cross functionally with our external agencies as well as our internal growth, product marketing & CRM teams. You'll also have:

  • Expert communication and influencing skills
  • Strong leadership
  • A strong understanding of the creative campaign process
  • A strong understanding of the media landscape
  • Previous experience managing large agencies
  • Digital marketing experience and aptitude
  • P&L management
  • Constant curiosity and obsession with the Brand and Customer

The Interview Process:

Our interview process involves three main stages:

  1. Recruiter Call (30mins)
  2. Initial Call (30 mins)
  3. x2 final interviews via Google Meet (x2 60mins)

Our average process takes around 2-3 weeks but we will always work around your availability.
