📍London OR UK Remote | 💰£65,000 - £90,000 + Benefits | Hear from the team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Manager to own the relationships with two of the UK’s leading reward cashback companies - Cardlytics and Reward Insight.

This role is integral to ensuring the success and growth of Monzo’s purpose-built offer platform. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with these two partners, maintaining a robust pipeline of offers, ensuring seamless platform performance through analytics and reporting, and pairing with the Product team to implement improvements to drive further engagement with the platform.

⭐ Our Rewards Team

The Rewards team is on a mission to help customers make their money go further on their regular spend. Our North Star is to put pounds in pockets for our customers in a scalable way. The first feature we have launched is everyday cashback built for our deal aware customers back in November 2023. In just a short few months we have put millions back into our customers pockets. Our next year looks like this:

  • Taking cashback to the next level based on our customers needs to drive increasing relevancy and tackle activation friction. This includes projects applying cutting edge machine learning and more
  • Seeding the next Rewards feature beyond cashback
  • Exciting collaborations with the incredible Monzonauts running subscriptions, growth, early engagement and more!

🔑 You’ll play a key role by…

  • Owning our third party relationships across Rewards, ensuring we’re delivering relevant and valuable offers to our customers
  • Accountable for shared goals with these partners and pushing towards continually better customer outcomes through highly relevant rewards
  • Driving innovation and growth in the integrations between Monzo and our partners alongside our product team
  • Shaping and developing our longer term strategy for Rewards and the role of our partners in this

⏳You’ll spend your time:

  • Managing the day to day relationship between Monzo and our Cashback Reward partners
  • Managing our merchant offer pipeline
  • Representing the partners internally, responsible for compliance & controls of each
  • Creating analytics and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Working on long term partnerships strategy and shared innovation

🤩 We’d love to hear from you if…

  • You have a proven track record of managing partner relationships and handling complex commercial deals
  • You have a strong understanding of compliance and governance in a regulated industry.
  • You have excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • You have experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus
  • Experience with cashback rewards is advantageous, but not essential

📍This role can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London)

🌈 Our interview process involves 3 main stages after an informal recruiter call:

  1. Skills Based call with a member of the team
  2. Live case study interview
  3. Final, behavioural and a leadership interview
