Navan is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Revenue Operations who thrives driving long-term strategy development, strategic initiatives, and business performance across the sales and customer success organizations.
What You’ll Do:
- Support GTM to improve their analytical and operational needs to help the team win more business more efficiently
- Discover ways to improve forecast/pipeline accuracy by implementing opportunity hygiene best practices
- Manage relationships with internal teams across the global organisation and be a trusted partner for the EMEA leadership team
- Be responsible for supporting planning and reporting needs, including territory planning, forecasting, attrition, recruiting, and performance data
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of strategic GTM experience at an established B2B SaaS company, preferably a startup OR 4+ years of experience in Management Consulting working with GTM orgs
- Experience in GTM tools with analytics and CRM tools (Excel, SQL, Salesforce). Bonus if you also have experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, and forecasting tools
- Ability to both delve into the details and engage meaningfully on higher level strategy
- Analytical rigor, ability to support decisions with data, and ability to draw insights from disparate information sources
- A self-starter mentality displaying strong ownership and ambition, with the ability to drive work from conceptualization, to analysis, to recommendation and, at times, to implementation
This role is operating on a hybrid work model. We are requiring 3 days a week (~12 per month with 2 of those being Fridays) to be spent working in our Berlin office.
