About the Role
NinjaOne is looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager, Field & Event EMEA to lead our event marketing efforts across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, EMEA, and managing a team of four, you will develop and execute a comprehensive field event strategy that supports pipeline growth and brand visibility. This role will oversee the full event lifecycle—from concept to execution—across a range of audience types, including mid-level IT professionals to high-touch C-level experiences. What You’ll be Doing
Develop and execute the annual field event strategy across EMEA, aligned with regional marketing goals and sales priorities
Lead planning and execution of self-organized events, including seminars, roundtables, customer meetups, and VIP experiences for executive audiences
Drive attendance and engagement through integrated campaigns using email, digital ads, social, and partner channels
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to ensure alignment of messaging and audience targeting
Manage all aspects of event logistics, budgeting, staffing, and vendor relationships
Leverage tools like Salesforce, Pardot/HubSpot, and Ads Manager to manage campaigns and report on event ROI and pipeline contribution
Develop and maintain a marketing playbook for diverse event formats, sharing best practices across teams
Support and mentor a team of field marketers, fostering creativity and accountability
Build relationships deep and wide within the targeted partners; secure partner commitment on marketing plans
Collaborate closely with the channel team to build target lists based on buyer personas and intent-signals and develop a creative strategy to engage with them
Travel approximately 20% across the region to manage and attend key events
About You
4+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry
Proven success in designing and executing field marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline impact
Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent understanding of B2B marketing funnels and buyer journeys
Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, Pardot or HubSpot, and Ads Manager
Ability to write short-form marketing content (emails, event descriptions, landing page copy) is a plus
Familiarity with local EMEA ad tech or IT conferences is a bonus
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; experience managing a team is preferred
