About the Role
NinjaOne is looking for a digitally focused Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing campaigns across the Asia Pacific region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in marketing systems, thrives on execution, and works collaboratively within a broader regional marketing team.
Reporting to the APAC Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in supporting APAC marketing initiatives by executing digital campaigns, owning webinars end-to-end, and working closely with Events and Channel Marketing team members in a coordinator capacity. You will partner with Marketing Operations, SDRs, Sales, and regional stakeholders to ensure campaigns are launched, tracked, and followed up effectively.
This role has a strong emphasis on Salesforce and Pardot, email marketing, list building, internal communication, and reporting - supporting larger programs such as trade shows, events, webinars, and channel partner campaigns.
Location - Sydney, NSW (North Sydney) - Hybrid, in office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday plus additional days as required

What You’ll be Doing
Digital Campaign Execution
  • Build, execute, and optimise email and digital campaigns in Salesforce and Pardot to support APAC marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to build target lists, manage segmentation, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Execute digital components for integrated campaigns supporting events, trade shows, webinars, and channel partner initiatives.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and lead flow into Salesforce.
Webinar Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end webinar process, from planning and setup through execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars and Zoom Events, including registrations, reminders, live execution, and on-demand assets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure leads and engagement data are properly captured, synced to Salesforce, and routed to sales teams.
Marketing Team & Coordinator Support
  • Work as part of a broader APAC marketing team, supporting Events and Channel Marketing team members in a coordinator capacity.
  • Assist with campaign timelines, logistics, promotion, and follow-up for events and partner-led initiatives.
  • Help coordinate activities across multiple campaigns to ensure consistency in execution and messaging.
  • Provide day-to-day executional support to help regional programs run smoothly.
Communication, Operations, and Organisation
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing, Events, Channel Marketing, SDRs, Sales, and Marketing Operations.
  • Communicate campaign details, timelines, and follow-up plans to internal stakeholders.
  • Support sales enablement by ensuring SDRs and sales teams are informed and prepared for campaign follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of campaigns, leads, and performance metrics.
  • Assist with expense tracking, budget support, and quarterly reporting.
  • Help manage marketing documentation, processes, and shared resources to maintain efficiency and consistency.
  • Other duties as needed.

About You
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or demand generation roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or similar marketing automation tools).
  • Experience building and executing email and digital campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting webinars, ideally using Zoom Webinars or Zoom Events.
  • Comfortable working as a marketing coordinator across multiple functions, including events and channel marketing.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
