The Challenge

As a OneTrust regional Sales Program Manager you will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring demand generation programs for the Enterprise International Sales organization.

Your Mission

  • Manage program execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of sales programs, ensuring proper implementation, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven programs: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and create innovative programs that drive quality pipeline, improve conversion rates, and maximize deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to design and execute impactful programs that drive revenue and support the overall sales strategy.
  • Aligning Global campaigns, promotions and messaging (industry and competitive) to targeted industries, segments and accounts.
  • Drive data-driven decision making: Analyze program performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders, informing optimization and strategic adjustments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Salesloft), and programs to consistently enhance sales performance.

You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in a program management, sales, sales readiness, marketing, business development, or similar role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing programs that drive business impact.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence across departments.
  • A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in the evolving sales landscape.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a can-do attitude.

Extra Awesome

  • Experience in the Privacy, GRC spaces or related industries.
  • Understanding of OneTrust's products and solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
