About the Role:
We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager who combines executional rigor with product intuition to help scale our impact. You’ll drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea through launch and beyond, working at the intersection of engineering, people products, and AI. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our tools evolve to meet the needs of a fast-growing company, and that our partners remain aligned, engaged, and confident in our work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-context environments and wants to apply cutting-edge technology to systems that directly impact how the company operates and grows.
In this role, you will:
Drive execution across multiple engineering initiatives that support recruiting, HR, culture, and company-wide knowledge sharing
Create program plans with clear milestones, owners, and risks, then keep them updated, communicated, and on track
Facilitate alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring decisions are made and followed through
Manage dependencies across teams and systems, identifying blockers early and unblocking them quicklyWrite clear, actionable documentation, including program briefs, status updates, and decision records
Define and track success metrics for launches, including usage, reliability, and operational impactSupport early product development by helping scope MVPs, prioritize feature sets, and plan rollout strategies
Partner with engineering and leadership to continuously improve team execution and operating cadence
You might thrive in this role if you:
Have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role leading complex, cross-functional programs
Are highly organized and excel at turning ambiguity into clear plans, timelines, and decisions
Communicate clearly and crisply—whether you're writing a project brief, an executive update, or a Slack message
Have strong product instincts and can collaborate effectively with engineers and non-technical partners alike
Understand how to manage scope and risk without slowing down execution
Are energized by fast-moving environments and know how to bring structure without creating bureaucracy
Are curious about how organizations work and excited to improve the systems that support people at scale
Have experience with operationally intensive SaaS products and enjoy working on tools that make other people better at their jobs
