As OpenAI’s enterprise business scales, executive engagement has become one of the highest-leverage GTM motions we have. C-suite conversations now shape deal velocity, unlock new lines of business, and strengthen long-term enterprise partnerships. We need a dedicated leader to own and operationalize executive programs — including EBCs, executive dinners, roundtables, and the launch of industry-specific Executive Advisory Boards.
This role is responsible for transforming these motions from bespoke, heroic efforts into a repeatable, strategic GTM engine that helps accelerate deals, deepen senior relationships, and strengthen OpenAI’s enterprise narrative at the highest levels.
In this role, you will:
Deliver high-quality executive engagements that accelerate active opportunities
Launch and operationalize vertical-specific Executive Advisory Boards (FinServ, Healthcare, Retail)
Establish repeatable playbooks and processes for EBCs, dinners, and exec engagements
Strengthen alignment across Sales, Solutions, Product, Comms, and Field teams
Improve deal velocity and executive sponsorship through consistent, strategic senior touchpoints
Build a structured insight feedback loop to inform PMM, Product, and GTM
You might thrive in this role if you have:
6–10+ years in enterprise field marketing, executive programs, strategic accounts, or GTM operations
Proven ability to run C-suite–facing engagements (briefings, dinners, advisory councils)
Experience partnering closely with Sales, Solutions, PMM, and Product
Strong operational instincts: agenda design, prep workflows, run-of-show, follow-through
Skilled at synthesizing customer context into compelling senior-level storylines
Comfortable working directly with internal executives and senior customer stakeholders
