About the role
The Senior Network Analyst, Southeast P&L supports membership growth and provider network management. This is done by executing on local network strategy and ensuring providers across our service area have the opportunity to join the Oscar network. The Senior Analyst also conducts analysis and collaborates with internal stakeholders to support more complex contract reviews and Southeast market expansion goals.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Southeast P&L.

This is a hybrid role in our New York office. You will work part of the time in the office and part of the time remote / work-from-home with Travel. #LI-Hybrid
Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role is: $76,800 - $100,800 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of a network construction plan for a market / several markets with support from your manager
- Act as an SME to identify, source, and contract with providers in a region
- Support overall contract negotiations, working with your manager to align with contracting strategies, to bring new partners into our network.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert on core operational workflows and tools in order to identify, synthesize and flag trends for escalation.
- Document and share feedback, objections and questions, and identify trends, to support the continuous improvement of templates and processes.
- Support the team on additional improvement initiatives as identified
- Support Southeast team with complex negotiations with hospitals and large provider groups
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience
- 1+ years of work experience in market strategy, account management, operations, consulting, or a related within healthcare
- 1+ years of experience with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint (or Google suite equivalent)
- 1+ years of experience in a client facing or customer support capacity
- 1+ experience with project management
Bonus Points
- Experience in payer or provider healthcare contracting
- Experience negotiating contracts, specifically with ancillaries, facilities, specialty providers, and physician groups
Travel
- Up to 25%

Pay Transparency:
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
