Persona is seeking an attorney to provide support on commercial matters. As Commercial Counsel, you’ll have a broad range of responsibilities providing legal guidance on commercial matters. First and foremost, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating complex commercial relationships that contribute to our success, including vendor and sales contracts. Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of relevant state and international privacy laws, including CCPA and GDPR. As the third attorney in the legal department reporting to the Head of Legal, your ideas and contributions will make an immediate impact. This role will be located in our San Francisco office and you will be expected to be in the office three times per week.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $125,000 - $150,000. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission.
