Senior People Tech Engineer

We are currently searching for a Senior Technical Analyst to join our People & Culture team, this role is pivotal in transforming our workplace into a more efficient, engaging, and productive environment. By integrating technical solutions, you will drive the digital transformation of our People Operations, making them more agile and responsive to the needs of our employees.
Some of the responsibilities of this role:
- Develop and maintain internal tools and interfaces to support various People & Culture processes.
- Efficiently manage and organize data within these tools and platforms to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate with teams across different domains and competencies, such as Data & Analytics and Engineering, to optimize People workflows and resolve inefficiencies using technical solutions.
- Implement integrations using REST and GraphQL APIs across multiple technology stacks.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, providing education and support as needed.
- Create clear and user-friendly documentation for tools and processes developed.
- Apply design-led methodologies to product delivery processes, including establishing usability and experience metrics to measure the impact of design on customers.
What we're looking for:
- You recognize that communication is a core part of your job and you have great stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical people
- You have experience with No-Code/Low-Code tools and an understanding of basic engineering pragmatism (test, change control, logical operator, loops)
- You have a solid understanding of Webhooks and API
- You are honest and unafraid to state things exactly like they are - acknowledging and communicating what's broken is the first step to fixing things
