At Postman, our Sales Enablement team is responsible for arming our sales team with the necessary tools and knowledge to proficiently sell Enterprise and close new logos. From creating sales training and collateral to offering unwavering support and guidance, we're committed to equipping our GTM teams with everything they need to achieve unparalleled success.

What You’ll Do:

    • Develop metrics and to track the impact and effectiveness of sales enablement programs and initiatives, providing regular reporting and analysis to key stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels to ensure sales teams are informed about new resources, training opportunities, and updates related to sales enablement initiatives
    • Own the documentation and delivery of updates to process & documentation that occur across the teams we work with (product, marketing, developer relations, legal etc)
    • Create, curate, and manage sales training materials, including product knowledge resources, sales playbooks, competitive intelligence, and objection handling guides
    • Leverage enablement related tooling (Gong, Lessonly, Guru, Salesforce) to analyze and report on rep initiatives & performance (examples include call recording, content management systems, and learning management platforms)
    • Help to deliver internal content to the GTM teams, and measure its adoption & impact on the customer journey
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the sales process and to assist Sales Management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
    • Take on Special Projects as needed. Examples include special event planning (Customer Org Kick Offs, Quarterly Business Reviews, moderating external speakers), sales career pathway creation, SaaS software evaluations / implementations, sales development sequence curation, and customer journey documentation

About You:

    • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, and Sales
    • 2+ years of experience with B2B SaaS (PLG preferred) sales and business fundamentals
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders concurrently
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
    • Proficiency in utilizing sales enablement tools and technologies
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the impact and success of sales enablement programs
    • Proficiency in being able to build content within tools like Powerpoint, Google Slides, Google Docs etc. is an absolute must
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
    • Lots of smiles

What Else?

This role is based in Boston, New York, or Austin and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $95,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, potential spot awards, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the Boston, New York, Austin and the U.S.
