As a System Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Manage and optimize VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSphere, and virtual machines.
• Perform system maintenance, updates, patching, and troubleshooting issues.
• Design and implement Cohesity backup/recovery solutions.
• Monitor resource usage, plan capacity upgrades, and ensure performance with IT teams.
• Collaborate with network admins for seamless system integration.
• Install, and maintain Windows servers, and administer Active Directory, security, and user accounts.

• 3-5 years of experience in Windows systems administration with strong VMware virtualization expertise.
• Proficient in SAN/NAS storage, backup/recovery (Cohesity), and Active Directory/Group Policy management.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS, networking protocols, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills,
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
