Designation: Franchisee Operations Intern

Duration: 6months

Stipend: Up-to 10k

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Act as a point of contact for Franchise Partners and address their queries about operations, projects & store launch.

● Act as an enabler between Franchise partners, Internal & External (vendors) stakeholders.

● Manage new kitchen opening, acting as a program manager from store layout validation to store opening.

● Work closely with a franchise partner & monitor site execution to ensure the project gets completed within timelines.

● Vendor empanelment and new vendor selection for BD, design & project execution.

● Maintain & monitor project implementation & store opening trackers, provide regular updates

● Respond quickly over delays and troubleshoot to improve on timelines in order to complete projects on time.

● Resolve day to day queries of the franchise partners

● Review Ops metrics - Ratings, Delivery times & others, with Franchise partners on a regular basis (Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly)
