Position Overview: Sr Executive / AM - Social Media
We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organised Social
Media and Brand Communications Manager to join our growing team. In
this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our
Social Media and Brand Communications strategy in order to increase
our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You
will work closely with the Brand team.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Craft compelling content for various social media
platforms. Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure
that all posts are engaging, accurate, and in-line with our brand's
voice.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage a content calendar to plan and schedule all social media activity. Ensure that content is published on time and is consistent across platforms - Instagram, Facebook, X (Formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for posts, ads, campaigns and other marketing collaterals that reflect the brand’s voice and appeal to our target audience.
- Topical Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of current events and social trends to incorporate relevant topics into our social media strategy.
- Influencer Management: Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand brand visibility and cultivate partnerships.
- Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor social platforms for customer feedback and potential issues. Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive brand image.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and track the performance of social media campaigns. Collaborate with internal as well as external teams to align social media campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Be able to articulate ideas clearly and interact with followers and potential customers professionally.
- Networking: Utilize social and outgoing skills to network effectively with potential collaborators and engage with the social media community actively.
- Creation of Viral Content: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools. Produce viral reels and other content forms that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
Good to Have:
- Analytics: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimise social media efforts.
- Ads Management: Experience with social media advertising platforms, creating targeted ad campaigns, and managing budgets.
