Roles & Responsibilities

Objective: Drive last-mile delivery excellence by ensuring delivery SLAs, enhancing rider productivity, improving cost efficiency, and building scalable delivery processes with in-house and 3PL partners.

• Manage real-time delivery operations across multiple geographies via Control Tower.

• Monitor key KPIs: Delivery CPO, OS<30, Rack Time, Contacts, Andon percentage, 3PL performance.

• Own rider availability planning and shift rosters in collaboration with City Ops.

• Partner with 3PLs to improve delivery share, Fulfilment rate and SLA adherence.

• Track daily/weekly performance, publish dashboards, and flag deviations.

• Coordinate with Tech/Product teams to suggest and UAT platform logic improvements.

• Collaborate on incentive design, payout validations, and cost reduction initiatives.

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Good understanding of last-mile delivery operations in hyperlocal/logistics/QSR space.

• Hands-on experience in Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboards/SQL is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for execution.

• Stakeholder management across internal ops, 3PL partners, and product teams.

• Self-driven, high ownership, and willing to deep dive into ops challenges.
